Today, he serves as the Coffee Quality & Sourcing Manager, a role that places him at the heart of WatchHouse’s mission to deliver exceptional coffee to exceptional people.

Lukas’s favourite memory at WatchHouse is being part of the team that supported Davide Orazi winning at the New York Coffee Masters Championship in 2022. This achievement is a testament to the talent and teamwork that define the WatchHouse coffee community. Lukas thrives in his role because it’s always evolving, offering new opportunities to innovate and grow within one of the coolest coffee companies around.

In his day-to-day, Lukas focuses on ensuring that every cup of coffee meets WatchHouse’s rigorous quality standards. His preferred coffee order is a simple espresso – a choice that reflects his appreciation for the bold, straightforward flavours that coffee can offer.
