Sheikh joined WatchHouse with a wealth of culinary expertise and a passion for creating dishes that bring people together. Now, as the Head Chef at Tower Bridge, Sheikh leads his team with a focus on precision, creativity, and a deep love for cooking. Although he’s been with WatchHouse for just shy of a year, Sheikh has already made a significant impact, both in the kitchen and within the broader WatchHouse team.

One of Sheikh’s most memorable moments at WatchHouse was his first shift with his entire team in the new kitchen. This experience, filled with excitement and camaraderie, set the tone for the incredible work they would do together day in, and day out. Sheikh thrives on the energy and rush of the kitchen, where every dish is an opportunity to create something special.

Sheikh’s coffee order is a flat white, a smooth choice that mirrors his approach in the kitchen. His journey at WatchHouse is at the beginning, but his dedication and passion for his craft are already leaving a lasting impression.
