Barista.

Make every cup count. Baristas bring precision, pace, and care to the bar, while keeping their section sharp and service seamless.

Senior Barista.

A steady hand on the bar. Senior Baristas support quality, equipment upkeep, and daily standards, while helping less experienced baristas build confidence and consistency.

Head Barista.

Lead coffee quality across the House. Head Baristas set the standard on the machine, develop the bar team, and make sure every drink leaves the bar as it should.

Front of House.

Bring the room to life. Front of House teams guide guests with ease, deliver thoughtful service, and help create a House that feels considered from first impression to final detail.

Supervisor.

Set the pace on the floor. House Supervisors keep service smooth, standards high, and the room running as it should, while creating a warm, confident guest experience.

Our three-step process is designed to get to know you. Shortlisted candidates are first invited to a video or phone interview to discuss their motivation and experience, followed by a trial shift in one of our Houses to experience our standards, workflow and team firsthand. The final interview reflects on your trial shift and explores how you align with our core values: passion, drive, diligence and empathy.

Not always. While experience is required for our coffee-focused roles, we also look for attitude, energy, and a genuine passion for hospitality and craft. Full training is provided to support your development and growth within WatchHouse.

Yes. We invest in structured training for all roles, from access to SCA training to leadership development. Whether you are starting out or progressing your career, we support continuous growth. Alongside this, we will support you to enter coffee and barista competitions.

Absolutely. We actively promote from within and support clear progression pathways across all roles, from entry level through to leadership.

Our Houses operate on shift patterns that include early mornings, evenings, weekends and of course, no late nights. We aim to provide fair and balanced rotas that support both the team and the business.
