His journey with WatchHouse began at Maltby Street, where he started as a Barista in March 2023. Through hard work and a natural leadership, Patrick quickly earned a promotion to House Manager, where he now oversees the operations at one of WatchHouse’s key locations in the City.

Patrick is driven by a deep love for the people he works with. He finds inspiration in both his colleagues and the customers who visit WatchHouse, seeing the company as a vibrant community filled with amazing individuals. A particularly special moment in his career was returning to the Maltby Street House after becoming House Manager, a full-circle experience that highlighted his growth within the company.

For Patrick, the joy of his job lies in building relationships and connecting with others. His coffee order – a cup filter followed by an oat flat white – reflects his balanced and thoughtful approach to both coffee and leadership. Patrick’s story is one of dedication, community, and a genuine passion for the people who make WatchHouse what it is.
