Many of the producers we work with cultivate their coffee between 1,500 and 2,200 metres above sea level, where cooler temperatures slow the cherry’s maturation, resulting in bright acidity and complex flavour profiles.

Huila, home to Alejandra Muñoz and the Hernández siblings, is known for its bright, fruit-forward coffees. Expect notes of red berries, tropical fruit, and a crisp, wine-like acidity.
