Brunch House.

Marylebone.

Chiron House meets Modern Coffee.

Located in the former ‘Chiron House’ at the far west end of New Cavendish Street, a short walk from Marylebone High street, our eleventh House is a multi-level brunch cafe offering the full Modern Coffee experience.

Whether dining in or dropping by for takeaway, the House hosts a Slayer Steam LPx (the espresso machine of choice for high volume, high efficiency specialty service), custom brew bar and 3Temp Hipster brewer as well as a full brunch menu - serving an elevated take on brunch classics seven days a week alongside a to-go food offering featuring House-made bakery goods, sandwiches, salads and more.

Inspiration for the space comes from the surrounding areas characterised by a mix of Georgian, Art-Deco and Neoclassical architecture, with terracotta, terrazzo and mosaic being core materials defining the Marylebone aesthetic, realised in a contemporary setting.

Chiron House was originally associated with Mayer & Phelps; a renowned medical practice. Their showroom, located on the ground floor displayed a large range of aseptic furniture and medical instruments; made from materials such as steel, glass, polypropylene and resin, enhancing their reputation for design and workmanship.
