Located in the heart of Central London, in between The Strand and the iconic Covent Garden Market, WatchHouse Covent Garden provides a fully immersive Modern Coffee experience. Whether dining in or stopping by for a quick coffee break, our House hosts a Slayer Steam LPx (the espresso machine of choice for high-end specialty coffee), custom brew bar and 3Temp Hipster brewer as well as a full brunch menu - serving a Modern take on brunch classics, seven days a week.
The space, inspired by the architectural style of the surrounding areas, combines a mix of different materials and textures. An environment focussing on textured surfaces, inspired by the linear and grid format of the external architecture. A rich colour palette of deep reds and olive greens in glossy finishes, paired with natural materials such as wood, glass and stone tiles to soften the space by adding texture.
We operate a 90-minute time slot on tables during peak periods.
