Developed specifically for cold serves, Cold shots is our cold-extracted, espresso-strength coffee. Rather than adapting espresso for ice, we began with the final serve, considering every stage—from coffee selection and roast to extraction—to create a coffee with the clarity, sweetness and structure to perform beautifully when served cold.

This collection brings together all three Cold shots, each chosen for the way it expresses itself over ice.

White features Zarza, a coffee from Jhonatan Gasca and Alejandra Muñoz Ortiz in Bruselas, Colombia. Rich, layered and naturally suited to milk, it delivers sweetness and depth in iced white coffee serves.

Black is made with Keramo from Daye Bensa in Ethiopia. Naturally processed, with notes of strawberry and pear, its vibrant acidity and fruit-forward character create a bright, balanced iced black coffee.

Decaf uses Dulces Sueños from the Mayra Solís micro-mill in Tarrazú, Costa Rica. Naturally processed, it brings notes of cherry, pear and cacao, offering a distinctive decaf coffee developed with cold serves in mind.
