Zarza coffee comes from Jhonatan Gasca and Alejandra Muñoz Ortiz, the producers behind the World Barista Championship-winning milk coffee in 2025. A third-generation family farm in Bruselas, it’s guided by heritage and commitment to quality. Their deep processing knowledge together with high-quality varietals combine to create a coffee of rich complexity and layered sweetness.
