We've travelled the globe to discover these rare beans, and our team has spent countless hours in our Roastery’s Coffee Lab, fine-tuning each roast to bring out the most exquisite flavours.

Initially exclusive to our Hanover House, our Rarities have, since November 2023, been available across all our Houses in the UK and the US. We believe that exceptional coffee deserves an exceptional presentation, and that’s why Rarities are exclusively offered as pour-over experiences in our Houses. The pour-over method allows the complex flavours and aromas of these rare coffees to truly shine, providing an unparalleled tasting experience.

For those who can’t visit one of our Houses, we’re excited to announce that our Rarities collection is also available online, with new releases periodically throughout the year. This means that wherever you are, you can still access some of the world’s most exclusive coffees. Our online offering allows you to explore these exceptional beans at your own pace, bringing the WatchHouse experience into your home.

Each coffee in our Rarities collection is presented in carefully measured 20g whole bean doses, sealed for optimal preservation. We recommend freezing these doses immediately, ensuring that every brew is as fresh as possible. This approach not only preserves the quality of the coffee but also allows you to build your own rare archive—a collection of truly unique coffees that you can enjoy over time.
