A creamy, single-estate Madagascar 58% milk chocolate with notes of crème fraîche, apricot jam and golden syrup, handmade bean-to-bar in Suffolk.

The detail

Crafted from cacao grown at Åkesson’s Estate in the Sambirano Valley, this 58% Madagascar milk chocolate delivers a beautifully creamy and indulgent profile while retaining the bright, zesty character the region is known for. Notes of crème fraîche and apricot jam unfold into golden syrup, caramel and treacle undertones, finishing with a gentle citrus lift — a refined yet comforting expression of Madagascan cacao.

Founded as a bakery in Suffolk in 2010, Pump Street began making chocolate in 2012 and has since become one of the UK’s most respected craft chocolate makers. Working bean-to-bar with single-estate cacao and natural ingredients, they focus on provenance, direct trade relationships and flavour clarity in every bar.
