- Info.
This Yellow Caturra lot comes from Lao Ngam, a remote cluster of smallholder farms in Saravan Province, southern Laos. Grown at 1,100-1,200 MaSL, the coffee is cultivated under shade, across 17 households, with harvesting carried out manually across the short seasonal window.
Natural processing is done on raised beds, with careful hand-sorting, regular turning, and slow, even drying under tarpaulin covers. Support from quality partners has helped local producers refine fermentation and drying protocols. The result is a sweet and floral, part of a new wave of high-quality coffee from Laos.
Laos might not be on every coffee map yet, but cups like this will change that. Elegant, unusual, and memorable.
