The detail

The Lady is a women-led coffee project in Ywangan, founded by Su Nandar Linn and Thi Ha Gyawalie. Since 2017, the collective has focused on supporting farmers through training, fair pricing, and direct involvement in processing, building a model centred on quality and long-term sustainability.

This Red Catuai lot went through carbonic maceration, combining controlled fermentation with careful drying to build sweetness and structure. The process is designed to highlight fruit clarity while maintaining balance, reflecting a disciplined approach to processing across the collective.
