What this Privacy Policy covers
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect when you are on the WatchHouse website, and when you use our recruitment platform; Harri. This policy also covers our treatment of any personally identifiable information that our partners and clients share with Harri. This policy does not apply to companies that WatchHouse does not own or control, or to people that WatchHouse does not employ.
Information collection and use
Harri collects personally identifiable information when you register and when you use certain Harri products or services. Harri may also receive personally identifiable information from our partners and clients.
Harri also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your Internet Protocol address. Every computer on the internet has an IP address which is a unique number by which it can be identified. Harri records IP addresses for anonymous statistical purposes, administration of our website and servers, and to improve our services.
Harri may set and access cookies on your computer. We do not disclose information about your individual visits to the Harri, website, or personal information that you provide, such as your name and personal contact details unless you have given us your permission, or we believe that the law requires it.
Your CV
Harri is an employee and recruitment website, and we give you the option of putting your CV in our database. Your online CV is searchable by name. All recruiters with access to our CV database will be able to view your CV and data which you input into Harri.
You may remove your CV from our database at any time.
You may apply directly to jobs advertised on the WatchHouse website. In these instances, WatchHouse is not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of your CV.
Security
For your privacy and security, your Harri Candidate Account information is password-protected.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
WatchHouse may amend this policy from time to time. Any changes to the WatchHouse Privacy Policy will be posted here so you always know what information we gather about you, how that information might be used, and whether we will disclose it to anyone. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our pages.
