We are pleased to be able to provide an at-home solution for those who value craft and quality when it comes to coffee. Dedicated to transparent, ethical coffee and supply chains, we source seasonally from the best producers around the world. We sharing these sourcing stories with you, as we believe the enjoyment of coffee is more than just consumption, it's knowledge. We offer our Modern Coffee community that chance to have the coffee they love in Houses, at home, with a range of subscriptions to try. 

What is a coffee subscription? 

Our coffee subscription service is designed to give you multiple ways of always having your favourite WatchHouse coffee at your fingertips at home. We've designed the service around you to give you flexibility and convenience without compromising on coffee quality. You have the choice when it comes to flavour profile, delivery frequency and how to pay - all created in a way that works for you.

We also give you a chance to explore our monthly seasonal changes with our Roaster's Spotlight subscription, where our Roastery team in Bermondsey hand select a different coffee from our range each time you get a new order.

How our subscription works.

We have curated a range of subscription packages to suit how you like to brew and drink coffee you way at home. 

Coffees on subscription

You can choose between whole bean, ground coffee (ground to your requirement based on you at home brewing kit) or pods.

Type of subscription

You can choose to pay as per your frequency of order (every 2 or 4 weeks) or you can pay up front for a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription package. Both types come with the benefit of saving you at least 10% off if you were buying our coffee as one of orders.

Frequency of subscription

You can choose from 2 or 4 weeks for your delivery. Plus you can pause, skip or cancel your deliveries if you're going to be away or your circumstance change.

Convenience

We send your subscriptions coffee in letterbox size packaging to make sure it gets easier through your door or into your post box. For bigger orders, we use larger packaging but work with Royal Mail for UK deliveries to make sure we can inform you of when to expect your deliveries.

Shipping

We process bean and ground subscriptions on a Tuesday and pod subscriptions on a Wednesday.

Tracking orders

Our shipping partners provide us and you easy to use tracking information to make sure you know when your orders are on the way to you and when they've been delivered. Any issues can always be directed to our team at orders@watchhouse.com

Free delivery

We do not charge for delivery of subscriptions, just the coffee you order.

Sustainability

Our coffee packaging is that it can be composted at home. By eliminating unnecessary layers, we're not only reducing our environmental footprint but also providing our you with a packaging solution that can be disposed of responsibly at home. It's a step towards a more eco-friendly approach to enjoying your favourite WatchHouse brew. 

In addition to being sustainable, our new packaging also ensures maximum freshness. With a resealable top, we guarantee that your coffee stays as fresh as the day it was roasted, resulting in a richer and tastier experience with every cup.

Our Pods come in recycled cardboard boxes that can also be recycled and we always encourage you to do so.

We know how important having coffee on hand at home is to our Modern Coffee community, and having a coffee subscription with WatchHouse means you will never go without.  You can choose how often to receive your coffee so you're good for mornings and weekend.

What types of coffee can I get by subscription?

We have 4 options to choose from our coffee range:

  • Roaster's Spotlight - Explore the best of our single origin roasts; each delivery will be a different stand out coffee hand picked by our Roastery team for you to enjoy.
  • Our bestselling 1829 Espresso - from our Rituals Range. Always warm, comforting and familiar.
  • Pods in two flavour profiles - Rituals or Fruity, for a more expressive and unique flavour.
  • Galeras decaf - clean, sweet and complex. We take our decaf seriously. Too long overlooked, we want to change the narrative. Blur the lines. Decaffeinated coffee should never feel like an afterthought and this range isn't.

What about brewing coffee at home?

We have designed our coffee range and grind options to suit your at home brewing needs.  We provide whole bean for those of you with at home grinders, but we can also grind coffee for each order to suit french press, Aeropress, pour over (V60), Kalita wave, Moka pot, Espresso and Chemex.
