A rare release for London Coffee Festival.

For London Coffee Festival 2026, we are partnering with Jamison Savage for a limited-edition Rarities release.

The WatchHouse x Jamison Savage box brings together two Panamanian Geshas from Chiriquí, Panama: Finca Deborah Terroir and Iridescence.

One washed. One carbonic macerated washed. Both shaped by the same precise approach to growing, processing, drying and resting.

Together, they offer a rare side-by-side of producer, process and place. Available online and in all London Houses for a limited time.

At Spitalfields.

During London Coffee Festival, WatchHouse Spitalfields will become the in-House home of our Jamison Savage collaboration. Iridescence will be served on batch, alongside a bespoke Jamison Savage Rarities menu created for the festival weekend. For those visiting the festival, Spitalfields is a short walk from the floor. For those not attending, it is the place to taste the Jamison Savage collaboration in House.
