This Veganuary for us is about making delicious and nutritious plant-based options more accessible for all. As part of this, we are expanding our vegan range, using Club Cultured's Tempeh as a hero ingredient.

 

Club Cultured, are the only UK maker of fresh tempeh, using techniques they learned in Indonesia, where tempeh is a traditional staple. It is created by combining soybeans (European & Organic) with starter culture to kickstart the fermentation process and result in a product that is natural, unprocessed and filled with nutritional benefits including an excellent source of protein and the promotion of great gut bacteria. 

Our chefs have taken this foundation of tempeh and marinaded it in red miso, maple and smoked paprika, creating a sweet & smoky meat alternative.

A crowd favourite, our breakfast burrito now has a vegan brother, filled with Chipotle black beans, vegan cheese, salsa, avocado and sweet & smoky tempeh. 

Then a completely new addition to the baguette offering, sweet & smoky tempeh, sun-blushed tomatoes, smashed avocado, spinach and vegan mayo.

Finishing off with a third new vegan takeaway option; breakfast cholla roll with sweet & smokey tempeh, smashed avocado and rocket.
