At WatchHouse, our pursuit of the exceptional takes us to some of the most remarkable producers in the world. This time, it has led us to something truly special: Eugenioides. A species rarely seen outside of specialist circles, Eugenioides is a coffee unlike any other, and for the first time, we’re bringing it to the WatchHouse menu.
Grown exclusively commercially at Inmaculada Coffee Farms in Colombia, Eugenioides is a parent species of Arabica, yet it tastes completely different from what most people expect from coffee. Naturally lower in caffeine and remarkably sweet, it offers a profile that challenges conventional perceptions—silky, complex, and intensely smooth. With a meticulous natural anaerobic process enhancing its already distinctive qualities, this is a coffee that lingers on the palate long after the last sip.
We’re offering Eugenioides as part of our Rarities collection, where we showcase some of the most unique and sought-after coffees in the world. Due to its exceptionally low yield - just a few hundred grams per plant - only a handful of roasteries globally ever get access to it. We’re incredibly fortunate to be one of them, and we’re excited to share it with our guests.
Available for a limited time and in just three of our Houses - Hanover, Fitzrovia, and 5th Ave - this is an opportunity to experience a coffee that very few will ever get the chance to try. With only 250 servings available, once it’s gone, it’s gone.
