St. Mary Axe.
A triple-level WatchHouse location based in the iconic Foggo designed ‘Can of Ham’ building in The City of London. A 3900sq ft café arranged over 3 floors features state of the brewing tech including a custom brewbar, 3Temp single serve doser and ModBar. Inspiration for this space was taken from the curve and modern materiality of the building to create a twelve meter long brushed stainless steel curved counter with suspended canopy arch. The singular material and large sweeping gestures soften the brutal nature of concrete and steel and integrate into the surrounding city landscape. The light and shadows, and areas of brushed and high shine create variance.
The space offers quiet and scenic working spots, a cantilevered bar to closely observe the baristas at work, as well as a mezzanine perfect for groups who seek the Modern Coffee experience.

We operate a 90-minute time slot on tables during peak periods.
