Padah Lin is produced by Mandalay Coffee Group, working with over 50 smallholder farmers across the mountainous villages of Ywangan, Shan State. Coffee is cultivated on small intercropped plots where trees like papaya, jackfruit and macadamia provide shade and support biodiversity.
After harvest, cherries are transported to Pyin Oo Lwin, where they’re pulped, fermented in tiled tanks, mechanically rinsed, and dried on patios for 7–10 days.
