Carefully curated. Harmoniously balanced. 1829 Espresso is our seasonal espresso for milk. We source, roast and brew this coffee specifically for an exceptional milk based experience.

We’re proud to feature an 1829 lot from the Rodriguez family for the second year, this time from producers near the town of Uchumachi. The lot was produced through their Sol de la Mañana programme, which supports farming communities with training, infrastructure and guaranteed cherry prices, aiming to rebuild Bolivia’s reputation for exceptional coffee.

This washed Caturra and Catuai lot is grown at 1,400 MaSL and offers a clean, sweet and balanced profile. With full traceability and a focus on environmental stewardship, it reflects the strength of long-term investment and the future of Bolivian coffee.

"We love sharing coffee from Bolivia with our guests. It's not just about the distinct clean and balanced profiles, but about the impact at farm level through Sol de la Mañana that makes us want to buy more every harvest.”

Gloria Zoppi, Roastery Manager

Origins.
Bolivia

Experience the distinctive charm of Bolivian coffee, known for its bright acidity, fruity notes, and silky body. Grown at high altitudes ranging from 1,200 to 2,000 metres, these beans develop complex flavours with hints of red berries, citrus, and stone fruits. The unique growing conditions in Bolivia contribute to the vibrant and well-balanced profile of this exceptional coffee.
