The detail
Carefully curated. Harmoniously balanced. 1829 Espresso is our seasonal espresso for milk. We source, roast and brew this coffee specifically for an exceptional milk based experience.
Mió is a coffee farm in Monte Santo de Minas, where production sits alongside forest reserve and water sources in equal measure. Built on traceability and land stewardship, the farm tracks every lot from cherry to export, creating a clear connection between origin, roasting and cup.
Grown between Southern Minas and High Mogiana, this lot reflects both terrains, balancing sweetness with gentle acidity. Cherries are processed naturally, with a 72-hour fermentation using controlled yeast to build structure and consistency. The approach is measured and repeatable, resulting in a composed profile with soft florals, rounded fruit and a chocolate finish.
