1829 Espresso.
The Detail.
Carefully curated. Harmoniously balanced. 1829 Espresso is our seasonal espresso for milk. We source, roast and brew this coffee specifically for an exceptional milk based experience.
Aquiares Estate sits on the slopes of the Turrialba volcano in Costa Rica and is the country’s largest coffee farm. Managed by Diego Robelo, the estate combines long-term sustainability work with ongoing varietal development, operating as both a producing farm and an established community shaped around coffee production.
This washed lot features Entre Ríos, a hybrid of Marsellesa and Red Obatá developed from Timor Hybrid and Villa Sarchi lineage. Cherries are selectively harvested, mechanically depulped, partially fermented, and dried in Guardiola systems under controlled temperatures, which gives the cup clarity and consistency.
