We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries and you can choose your preferred delivery method at checkout.
Royal Mail Strikes.
The Royal Mail has strikes planned throughout December so there may be a delay in your order reaching you. For guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas please order by 20th December and choose Tracked 24 delivery at checkout.

For guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas please order by 20th December and choose Tracked 24 delivery at checkout.
We offer complimentary Tracked 24 delivery on all UK orders over £30.
Shipping for orders under £30 is charged at £2.50 for Royal Mail 48 or £4.60 for Tracked 24 delivery.
We dispatch orders Monday - Thursday. Orders placed after 1pm Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm are dispatched same day and shipped using Royal Mail Standard delivery. Orders placed Thursday afternoon to Sunday are dispatched on Mondays. Subscription deliveries are dispatched every Tuesday.
Royal Mail Deliveries.
Deliveries made by Royal Mail arrive between 7am and 7pm on a non-tracked service. The Standard service is intended to arrive within 48 hours of shipment but is not a guaranteed service and can take up to 7 days. Please note that Royal Mail does not accept delivery notes (eg. please leave with a neighbour) and we can’t guarantee a specific delivery date or time.
Royal Mail offers reliable services but there will occasionally be deliveries that are delayed. While we will do everything possible to keep this from happening or to rectify the situation, there will be times when things are outside of our control. Please get in touch with us if this happens and we’ll do our best to help put things right.
We ship worldwide and charge a flat rate shipping fee of £10 for delivery to Europe and £70 for delivery to the rest of the world.
Please note, there may be time that we are unable to honour shipment to certain countries due to factors outside of our control, in which case we would contact you directly.
I haven’t received my order, what do I do?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and we'll track down your delivery.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payments but we are working on introducing additional options (PayPal & Apple Pay). For more information, you may also want to read Stripe’s Privacy.
