The redemption period for some of your Modern Coffee Reward Tier 2024 benefits has now closed.

Below is an overview of your rewards as part of the Modern Coffee Reward Tier 2024.  We ask you to read over these rewards carefully as they include specific instructions for redemption including terms, conditions and important deadlines to redeem your rewards by.  You will also find FAQs section to help clarify any points in more detail. In-House rewards are for UK locations only currently.

Your Modern Coffee Rewards are: 

  1. 25% off all purchases in-House and online.
  2. Lifetime coffee subscription. 200g or 30 pods every 2 weeks. Includes free shipping within the UK and Europe only. 
  3. Complimentary coffee for life (60 free coffee vouchers per month) on the WatchHouse app. Only redeemable in Houses. Excludes Rarities.  
  4. £40 brunch voucher on the WatchHouse app redeemable in any of our brunch Houses. 
  5. Selected WatchHouse merchandise. 1 of each of the following: Cupping spoon, Miron Jar, Monoware Mug and Kinto Tumbler.
  6. Private tour of our Maltby Street Roastery and free lifetime attendance to WatchHouse talks.

Activation and redemption dates for each of your rewards.

  • 25% off in House - lifetime voucher to use in Houses must be downloaded on the WatchHouse app. WatchHouse App was to be downloaded by 30/09/24 to use offer. Your unique code to use online is on the email we sent you.
    Valid for 25 years after activation date. Excludes subscriptions. 
  • Lifetime month coffee subscription - was to be activated by 30/09/24. Valid for 25 years after activation date.
  • Lifetime free coffee voucher (capped at 60 per month, will reset monthly) on the WatchHouse app. WatchHouse App must be downloaded to receive vouchers. Valid for 25 years after activation date.
  • Brunch voucher for £40. WatchHouse App and vouchers were to be downloaded by 30/09/24. Must be redeemed by 31/07/25. 

How to redeem your rewards.

Lifetime coffee subscription: 
  1. Choose your preferred coffee subscription from the products at the bottom of this page. 
  2. Add to basket/cart. 
  3. Add your unique this promo code (see within your rewards email) at checkout.
  4. Sit back and wait for us to deliver your order to you.
25% lifetime voucher and 60 monthly free coffee vouchers on the WatchHouse app:
  1. Download the WatchHouse app using the email you used when investing on Crowdcube. If you do not use this email, then we cannot send you the rewards. 
  2. Once signed up, rewards will be auto added to your Rewards section on the app.  
  3. Your unique code to use online will be emailed to you separately.
Brunch £40 voucher on the WatchHouse app:
  1. Download the WatchHouse app using the email you used when investing on Crowdcube. If you do not use this email, then we cannot send you the rewards.
  2. Once signed up, rewards will be auto added to your Rewards section on the app.
