Wilder Garcia’s Bourbon varietal from Huabal, Peru, is a testament to his meticulous approach to coffee production. Grown at 1800m and naturally processed, this lot bursts with flavours of candied lemon, pineapple, and brown sugar.

With 16 hectares dedicated to coffee, Wilder’s careful tissue management system ensures a thriving farm. Due to drought conditions, this lot was processed as a Natural, highlighting the fruit-forward character of Peruvian coffee.
