Kii Factory is operated by Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society in Kirinyaga, serving more than 1,200 smallholder producers on the slopes of Mount Kenya. Farmers in the region have cultivated coffee since the 1950s, delivering cherries to the factory for sorting, processing, and preparation into traceable microlots.

This lot follows a traditional Kenyan washed process, with cherries depulped the same day they are harvested before fermentation, washing, and a submerged soaking stage unique to many Kenyan coffees. Drying takes place on raised beds in full sun, building the clarity and structure associated with Kirinyaga profiles.
