Sourced from Kyoto’s shaded tea gardens, Mizu Matcha is a first-flush (Ichibancha) green tea, crafted from a blend of Uji Hikari, Gokou, Yabukita, and Samidori cultivars. Designed for the ceremonial usucha preparation style, it delivers a velvety, full-bodied brew with deep umami and roasted complexity.


Expect notes of roasted chestnut, sweet kombu, and dark chocolate, with a lingering savoury finish. Its vivid pine-green colour and creamy texture reflect careful cultivation and time-honoured processing techniques.


Mizu is matcha at its most grounded and traditional – intense, balanced, and layered with character.
