Miruku Matcha is a spring-harvested blend from Uji, Kyoto – Japan’s most revered tea-growing region. Crafted from four cultivars (Yabukita, Gokou, Uji Hikari, and Samidori), the leaves are shade-grown for a month to concentrate chlorophyll and sweetness, then stone-milled into a vibrant powder.
With its smooth body and layered floral character, Miruku offers a distinct profile: elderflower and green bean on the nose, giving way to salted caramel and a refined umami depth. Ideal for lattes, where its sweetness and complexity shine through milk.
Miruku is a matcha of clarity and softness – elegant, with a finish that lingers long after the final sip.
