Grown at 1675MaSL and processed using the Red Honey method, this Catuai coffee delivers notes of brown sugar, blackberry, and green apple. Its meticulous production, including a 12-hour fermentation and careful drying, results in a clean, balanced cup that highlights Costa Rica’s rich coffee heritage.
