In-House safety

We've put a number of steps in place in line with Public Health England and our local councils’ recommendations to ensure the safety of our community. Before your visit, please take a look at the new measures we've introduced below.

Social distancing

To maintain social distancing, we've reduced the number of people allowed in our cafes at one time. This varies from store to store, and our team will be on-hand to advise when you arrive.

Frequent sanitisation

All surfaces and fixtures will be thoroughly cleaned regularly.

Hand washing

Antibacterial gel and washing liquid stations are available at all our sites for you to use. All our staff are now required to wash their hands at least every 30 minutes.

Cashless transactions

As always, we're keeping things cashless for minimal contact.

Reuse Coffee Cups

We are proud to be taking park of the #ContactlessCoffee initiative allowing us to continue accepting reusable cups. Please hold on your cup until we call your name, our baristas will then pour in your drink to avoid unnecessary contact.

Loyalty cards are now featured on our Watch House app. Download the new version to get started. Available on the AppStore and Google Play.

Face Masks

We kindly ask that you wear a mask when coming into the café and when placing orders at the counter.
