Situated in the heart of the City, just a stones throw from our St. Mary’s Axe House, WatchHouse Bishopsgate is an elevated take on the grab and go aspect of our original site at 199 Bermondsey Street. A conceptual espresso bar, featuring a Slayer Steam LPx, focused on fast paced specialty coffee service with a small, high quality food offering of WatchHouse Bakery goods, sandwiches and salads.
Located on original settlement ground of the ancient Romans, the design concept focuses on Italian materials (marble, stone, terrazzo) and the celebration of classical curved shapes. The choice of wood as a core material not only brings warmth and comfort to the space, but aligns Bishopsgate’s design with the rest of our Houses for a sense of familiarity and comfort.
We operate a 90-minute time slot on tables during peak periods.
