Located in the village of Sarchí, part of Costa Rica’s West Valley, the Los Durán Micromill is a family-run estate, combining experience and tradition with a forward-looking approach to coffee quality. Led by Eduardo Durán and his three sons, the family oversees every stage of production, from growing to harvesting, and processing, all on-site at their micromill to ensure full control over quality.The West Valley’s high altitudes, mild temperatures, and steady rainfall create ideal conditions for coffee cultivation, with a harvest season that coincides with the festive dry months.
