Rapscallion Soda’s journey began in 2016, when founder, Gregor harnessed his expertise in wine-making, brewing, distillation, and bartending to create a line of sodas that are sophisticated, refreshing and truly delicious. The sodas are crafted in small batches, ensuring that each can embodies the highest quality and flavour, highlighting produce at its best. • Ginga Ninja: A reimagined ginger beer with a modern twist, featuring cold-pressed ginger juice, cardamom, pimento, and dried chillies, providing a dry and fiery kick with a clean finish.
