Rituals.

This coffee is grown on small farms in the highlands of Arbegona, in the village of Boreta, at a high altitude of 2200 MaSL. Coffee is the primary cash crop, though other plants like sugar cane and false banana are also cultivated. The cherries are sorted by density and quality using floatation to ensure top quality.

After sorting, the cherries are placed on raised beds and rotated every half hour to promote even drying and manage fermentation. Drying typically takes 12-15 days, depending on temperature and humidity. Once dried, the beans are stored in a warehouse to allow further development of their profile.

Origins
Brazil.

Brazilian coffee is cultivated at lower altitudes compared to some other coffee-producing countries, typically ranging from 800 to 1,200 meters above sea level.

One distinguishing feature of Brazilian coffee is its full-bodied and nutty characteristics. Common flavor notes include a rich chocolatey sweetness, complemented by nutty undertones. The low acidity of Brazilian coffee contributes to its smooth and mellow profile. Additionally, Brazilian coffees often showcase caramel and sometimes fruity notes, providing a well-rounded and approachable flavor experience.
