Angie, a microbiologist, has refined the fermentation process with techniques like thermal shock and pre-ferment liquid development. Ripe cherries undergo a 90-hour fermentation and 15-day sun-drying period, resulting in a coffee with exceptional depth and sweetness. This meticulous craftsmanship highlights the team’s commitment to redefining coffee excellence.
