A Family Tradition
Luis Valdez proudly speaks of the tradition inherited generation after generation, "we have coffee in our blood, if it weren't for my daughters' school obligations in the city, I would move entirely to the Cristalina farm in Chinchina." And it is not only an economic activity for Luis, he is really passionate about the world of coffee and knows what he is doing.
Since 2013 he and his family decided to get involved in the topic of specialty coffees and since then they have not stopped seeking excellence in their cup, they continue to show different varieties in order to create and evolve in the field.
