- Info.
Finca Floripondio sits high in the hills of Samaipata, Santa Cruz - an area not traditionally known for coffee. The Rodriguez family planted the farm in 2014, drawn by its unique altitude, tropical microclimate, and rich biodiversity. It now hosts Bolivia’s largest variety garden, with more than 60 coffee varieties in cultivation.
This Pacamara lot is naturally processed using carbonic maceration, where whole cherries ferment in sealed tanks to enhance clarity, fruit character, and structure. It’s a vivid, high-elevation expression - sweet, complex, and distinctly Floripondio.
The Rodriguez family is known for high end processing and exotic varietals. This Pacamara lot has undergone carbonic maceration in cherry, giving it a fruit forward character and intensity, with plenty of sweetness to balance.
