For us, it’s a real showcase of how an ordinary-looking coffee on paper can become something remarkable.
The Sagastume family has been farming coffee for many decades, headed by Don Pedro Sagastume. Pedro has divided his farms into multiple plots so his sons are able to take ownership and leadership of their own work. This is a family effort, with all the wet processing and drying happening centrally around the family home.
