The West Valley’s vibrant, fruit-forward coffees are world famous and we love this Centroamericano FY Hybrid’s unique profile; sweet with notes of blackcurrant, treacle and herbal liquorice-like qualities. Grown at 1100MaSL, the lowest point on the farm, the Duran’s opted for a traditional depulper instead of a high-end mechanical demucilager to bring out the coffee’s individual profile and highlight the difference in flavour across all the lots grown at Finca Santa Teresa.
