Jhoan’s family have owned and operated Finca Las Flores much like many families in Colombia, with much of the land used for self-sustaining produce and livestock alongside coffee. But at just 27, Jhoan is leading his family in renovating the land and transforming the farm’s whole operation to focus entirely on coffee, with the ambition to establish them as a world renown specialty producer.
