Favourite WatchHouse coffee?
I'm all about a flat white, or Piccolo if I'm headed to training. That being said, the Gitega Hills natural Rwandan we serve as filter is probably my favourite coffee at the moment.
What has been your favourite part of the process in launching WH St. Mary Axe?
Definitely being involved with the process of launching a venue of this scale and promise. The attention to detail has been amazing, and it's been a great learning experience to be a part of.
What do you do to relax?
I train a lot: Rugby, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu. An interesting interpretation of 'relaxed' I know, but I love it. I also read a lot of non fiction and try to get out with friends as much as possible.

What’s currently playing on your Spotify?
Lockdown got me into podcasts, so usually an episode of The High Performance Podcast or Modern Wisdom. If its music, I'm really enjoying Sam Fender ands Luke Coombs right now.
What do you love most about working in hospitality?
The people. Everybody's got a story to tell or some insight to offer. Some of my closest friends Ive met through hospitality and even after 10 years in the industry I'm still learning and growing from the people I meet on a daily basis.

We’re in London for 24 hours… what should we experience?
I'm pretty new to London myself! But Id say a match at Twickenham, an afternoon on the Bermondsey Beer Mile or exploring what East London has to offer would all be high on my list.
What is something that has inspired you recently?
Ive been inspired by the tenacity and doggedness of small business who continue to adapt and overcome in the current climate despite all the challenges. It's a testament to hard work and perseverance not only in the hospitality industry but small businesses across all sectors. Support local.
